Meet Dr. Mills
Dr. Mills grew up in Lubbock, Texas, and proudly calls herself a lifelong Red Raider! She graduated Valedictorian from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, where she also graduated at the top of her class.
Her passion for creating beautiful smiles led her to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Denver, where she completed her orthodontic residency and earned both her Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry.
Dr. Mills is also a Board-Certified Orthodontist through the American Board of Orthodontics — a distinction earned by orthodontists who demonstrate the highest level of clinical knowledge, skill, and commitment to excellence. This rigorous certification reflects her dedication to providing the very best care for every patient she treats.
Throughout her training, Dr. Mills went above and beyond, treating patients with special healthcare needs as part of the cleft lip and palate team at Children’s Hospital and continually striving for excellence in every aspect of her care.
Dr. Mills is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education to stay up to date on the latest technology, appliances, and treatment techniques. Her goal is simple; to provide every patient with the highest level of care in the most comfortable and efficient way possible.

When she’s not creating smiles, Dr. Mills enjoys an active life in the Dallas area. You might find her playing sports, skiing, wakeboarding, cheering on the Texas Rangers, or spending time with friends, family, and her beloved fur baby, Maverick. She’s also deeply involved in her church community and loves cooking and exploring new adventures.
